A very late monarch butterfly!

Adult monarch briefly landed on zinnia flower, then continued through our yard in a southwesterly direction. I only observed it for about 2 minutes and was not able to get a photo.

Time was 12:25pm. The weather was sunny, blue sky with a temperature of 63F and NNW wind of 12 mph. We also have a frost warning for tonight.
