Mrs. Dunn's first grade reports the planting of the tulip bulbs for the seven first grade classes at Eisenhower Elementary. We planted 175 tulip bulbs. It was a warm and sunny day at 68 degrees farenheit. A little breezy day. We tried our best to follow the planting guidelines.
