Our fall has been so very warm, the students were concerned that the bulbs would emerge and freeze during colder weather. We have held our planting until cooler weather and rain came our way. Both 3rd grade classrooms worked hard preparing the garden for the Red Emperor bulbs. We had a beautiful day to plant and the students recorded their observations in their workbook.
