i saw her on a oleander shrub in the sun.The monarchs wings wide open. E Sahuaro Dr Scottsdale az 85259.I started seeing Monarchs on October 18 2016 thru November 24 2016. the weather started getting in low 40s at night highs in the 60.Then i did not see any until December 5 2016. I was so excited to see a monarch this late in the season.I guess she will not migrate to Mexico?I Thanks Debbie I did not see a tag.
