CATS ENJOY THE MILKWEED ON A REGULAR BASIS AS IT SEEMS THE ADULT VISITS AS THE CATS BEGIN TO GROW, LAY THEIR EGGS, THEN PUPATE, HATCH, FLY OFF, TO RETURN TO LAY MORE EGGS. I AM WONDERING IF THE CATS EAT ALL THE MILKWEED LEAVES, DO THEY EAT THE EGGS TOO? O THINK THE ADULTS PROBABLY COME MUCH MORE OFTEN THAN I SEE THEM TO LAY THEIR EGGS. WHATEVER IS GOING ON OUT THERE, I AM RAISING BUTTERFLIES, AND NOT JUST MONARCHS. I ALSO HAVE GULF FRITILLARYS AND BLACK SWALLOWTAILS.
