I was out for a walk in our first snowstorm of Winter at the Helen Schuler Nature Reserve. When I looked across the Oldman River I noticed a Bald Eagle sitting in a Cottonwood at Elizabeth Hall Wetlands. When I downloaded my pictures I could see that it is a 3rd year bird. Our Lethbridge Christmas Bird Count recorded 20 Bald Eagles on Sunday, December 18th.
