They came in this morning by the hundreds. I could see robins in every tree as far as the eye could see. They spent the entire morning in the neighborhood, hopping around in yards, tossing aside leaves as they plucked insects and worms from the lawns and flowerbeds and feasted on the berries off a huge holly tree across the street. They stripped it clean of berries and left nothing to waste. They all looked fat and happy. Sure put a smile on my face!
