Daffodil leaves are emerging, a few Rudbeckia and Coreopsis leaf mounds remain green in the north garden. The violas continued blooming throughout the 8 + inches of snow January 7th. Surprise: 1 or 2 snapdragons from the same pots also survived the snow, in pots on the south side of the house, though the blooms are gone. Life will find a way.
