I was driving north and about 7 miles from our home, 3 Robins flew up from the road in front of me. This happened about 8am. I couldn't believe what I was seeing as this mornings temperature here was -14. This isn't the first winter that I have seen Robins in below zero weather in February, although that was a few years ago and in Paynesville, MN, south of where we live now.
It is a very cold, very sunny day. This sighting was one of God's blessings for sure to those of us up north here, aching daily for Spring to blow in with her warming breath.
