1:19pm=3:34pm my husband & I watched a flock of Robins swoop down N2 our backyard excitedly gorging themselves on berries(Cherry Laurel & Holly Shrubs). They were flying all over the place. Thought 1 Robin w going 2 fly N2 me. In the middle of the Robin flock I saw one & finally 10 Beautiful Waxwings. To accommodate the large flock I turned on the hose & let it trickle to form a puddle on concrete. The running H2O caused excitement & many birds checked it out 4 drinking. I watched them on & off for 2 hrs.,eating, bathing,drinking,resting & listening 2 calls of "Peek & Tut", Whinny, & Zeeeup. It is beginning 2 look a lot like Spring! :-)
