I heard Mr. Robin singing about 8:30 AM. This is the earliest I recall hearing a robin! We may hit a record high this Friday!

I think it was the True Song. Thursday (Feb 18th) I saw a group of 3 robins in a churchyard about 2 blocks from my house. We've had record temps this week 67-75 degrees!

I heard this fellow just once at about 8:00 AM, so I guess he might have been just tuning up as his hormone levels rise (with longer, warmer days). I reported this instance because it surprised me to hear a robin so early. I'm from Omaha, but I don't remember so many warm days in mid-February! We may break another record this week. Then it's back to normal temps... Oh, well. Spring is still just around the corner!
