Maple Syrup (FIRST Sap Run)

Date: 02/17/2017

Number: 1

Our 2nd grade classes tapped two sugar maple trees. We got buckets full of sap over the weekend while the weather was warm during the day and freezing at night. The sap was running at over 120 drips per minute! Now we are getting no drips. Maybe that's because the weather is too warm and it's not freezing overnight.
