4th Instar found on milkweed in the back yard.. Relocated into a cage with milkweed. Now in a crystalis. Expected to emerge March 3rd.
Last year our first sighting was an egg on March 15th. We have over a hundred milkweed plants - last year we released about 175 monarchs...so we are expecting double that this month coming by!
