Some of the tulips are emerging. 5 tulips were 1/2 inch tall and 3 tulips were 1 1/2 inches. A very cold weather system has moved in with temperatures from 6F to about 25F. A major winter storm is coming tomorrow, March 14 that will bring significant snowfall that will blanket all of the gardens.
