Warmer weather and more sun is resulting in Plains Cottonwood buds starting to swell. I haven't noticed any other buds swelling yet. Ring-billed Gulls are back in Lethbridge too, as well as Robins. Waterfowl numbers are increasing in open water and fields as migration is picking up in southern Alberta. Still waiting for the lakes and reservoirs to be ice-free.
