Sighted two monarchs at about 430 pm, about 2 minutes apart at a distance of about 25 feet from my location. Located above grassland outside Davis, OK near Washita River.

Both monarchs looked fresh and new. The day of and the three days immediately prior to this sighting were unseasonably warm with partly cloudy conditions and it was very windy.
