The tulips had not emerged despite very warm temperatures for a couple of weeks. With a light snow over the 11th and 12th and windy cold days on the 13th and 14th of March I really didn't expect Tulips when I peeked on Wednesday the 15th on my way home. To my surprise they were poking up quite well. Our picture was taken Thursday March 16th. The students were very excited!
