This morning, at around 7 am, I took my dogs out and a robin shot out of the nesting shelf I had put up....last year, on March 27th. I startled mama robin as she and I met at the same moment as I was leaving and she was arriving and just landing with her first grasses--very first beakful! We almost ran into each other!
