Report is for the 24th bu many more sightings are now being made daily since then and, birds are now widespread in this area.

There is much singing among the birds and they are apparently able to pull up earthworms in the softening soil conditions now.

Temperatures are now mild in the upper 40*s f and many other birds are turning up.
Not happy to see the Common Grackles in large flocks, they are nasty Robin egg thieves and nest raiders.
