Jeff S saw a female eagle standing on the nest in Unit 6 approximately 45 minutes early that morning, the female then copulated with a male eagle for approximately 15 minutes - later the male eagle got in the nest and moved some sticks around and sat as if he were incubating. *Buffer in place, tolerant pair, no signs of distress with in 660 feet.
