One female Anna's was perched on a feeder with a male Anna's at the same time at 6 p.m. The next day, another male Anna's appeared and has been skirmishing with the first male. All three hummers are still here. The female has a nest high in a pine tree here that she returns to every year. Or perhaps it is a descendant of hers who nests near there after the past seven or eight years.
