while out in the yard for about an hour this afternoon, 4 monarchs in flight passed overhead. Later towards evening 1 more monarch in flight headed north. Strong south winds and temps in 70s today. No signs of milkweed up yet, but there are blooming trees and a few wildflowers, dandelion and henbit in the yard.
