Saw a weathered (faded) Monarch lay eggs on my milkweed plants. So exciting! Only have about 14 plants and the Monarch found my little patch. There is not to much milkweed in this area so, I am quite happy to see the little butterfly. Amazing that it found the 2-4 inch just sprouting plants.
