Spring has arrived! The first of our 200 tulips opened early this morning in this year's test garden at Mifflin Park. 1st and 4th grade citizen scientists are recording observations in their journals. With very warm weather (30 degrees above average)ahead, we are predicting that most flowers will bloom within the next few days.
