Hummingbird, Ruby-throated (FIRST)

Date: 04/11/2017

Number: 1

My husband was the one that spotted it. He believes it was the female (duller color without the brightness in the throat). It flitted back and forth in front of the window a couple of times like it was telling us "I'm back". It came to the spot that we always feed at and also has a patch of jewel weed that grows in the summer.

This sighting was forwarded as a courtesy of Lanny Chambers. More..
