Saw one today, seems early. The monarch was faded, but it flew within 4 feet of me so I am sure of what I saw. No photo as I was out without my phone, tablet or camera. Though last fall I got great video of 1000's of monarchs migrating through our farm just outside of Bement, IL it is posted on my Instagram which you can see at prairie_hippie

No Swallowtails yet, but a few Red Admirals.

Checked my over grown pasture this morning, no milkweed up yet at all.

Weather has been warm with south winds, some rain, the day I was the monarch it was about 76 degrees.
