First sighting of the year. You have to look in the upper right-hand corner and zoom in to see it in the picture. She was fluttering down low in my Monarch Way Station landing on the baby milkweed plants just coming up a few inches. I was very surprised to see this Monarch this early. Last year I saw the first one in early August.
