Common Milkweed planted 2016 at the Daycare where I work is up an inch or two. We planted about 6 plants last year & 17 are currently poking through!!The children are so excited!!
I live near Point Pelee National Park, Canada's most southern mainland point & as of yesterday our hundreds of mw have not yet broken ground.
Bring on the monarchs! We are ready!!
