Flying in wooded lot next to my house near Lake Michigan. I have many species of milkweed planted at my house (Asclepias tuberosa, syriaca, incarnata), and none of them are anywhere close to coming up yet. Our trout lilies and bluebells just started flowering this weekend (the same weekend of the monarch observation).
