Saw this 1st Generation female in our yard when I got home from work today. She was nectaring heavily on one of the purple thistles in our yard and was easy to spot with her coat of fresh colors!!

It has been about a month since we started seeing remigrants here, so I suspect we will be seeing many more 1st Gen this week and next....

We also had one of the remigrant males hanging out today, pictured here. He loves to sun on our Frostweed in the afternoon
