I have 12 first generation monarch puppas that will become butterflies during the next few days and next week.
Today, 4/19 the first one
came out (male) and did not take flight because it was very windy, will probably leave tomorrow morning.
I had bought 6 milkweed plants but they are very few leaves left. I am cutting & rooting stalks. I will check for eggs later and report.
