Have had two Broad tailed males a little over 3 weeks - earliest arrivals ever - and today another male showed up. AND FINALLY... the first females! Two of them, one sometime in the morning and the other around 3pm. One of the fems even fed next to a male already eating at one of the feeders, and all went well! No chasing from other males nor other negative displays.
So season is up and running!
Mama loves her little "critters" and always has fresh food waiting for them! OK, indulge me, I'm old.
