We are sooooo excited today to have this spring visitor! The Red-Headed Woodpecker stopped in Caro today to have a snack after his long journey. The last time we saw a Red-Headed Woodpecker in our yard was Sept. 2009 and it was an immature. I sure hope this adult stays for a while.
