I live in Lincoln Nebraska and have many small butterfly milkweed plants from last year's late 3 nursery plants. A few bflys last year, but a few weeks ago 2 faded Monarchs laid hundreds of eggs on the little plants! Some have hatched and now the temperature has dropped to the low 30's so I'm hoping some still make it!
