Saw another rufous today. He flew in on a loud chirp as if to say, "Made it!". He rested for a brief moment and then took on some nectar at the feeder. He was being cautious because I was watching him.
I think a lot of the early guys are passing through my yard because the water runoff area walls in my neighborhood are covered in trumpet flower vines.
