We hung our buckets on Town Meeting Day again. However, this was a late date when compared to other local sugaring operations.... many were tapped out in Mid-February and the trees were running!

Good sap runs on 3/6, 3/21, 3/25, 3/28, 3/31. 4/3, and 4/4. Then it was over!

But a good year overall!
