I put out my feeder around 5:30pm, and about a half hour later a hummingbird showed up. I was sitting on the porch and saw it approach and feed. It left, but a little later it came back, zooming by my head and startling me. I assume it was the same bird - maybe it was a different one - but I didn't see if it was a male or female.
