Hummingbird, Ruby-throated (FIRST)

Date: 05/12/2017

Number: 2

Saw a male ruby throat looking for the feeder I usually hang in the front yard. I do have weigelas and lilacs in bloom and I did have a fresh feeder in the back yard but quickly placed a filled feeder in the front location. When I went to the back yard, I heard a fast clicking sound and saw a tiny bird making swinging in a 'u' shape repeatedly above an arbor with hummingbird vine, right near that feeder. I believe this was the same male courting a female.
