With the cold spring, this is much later than usual for our first sighting. Two visits to the feeder in the early afternoon and then nothing more for the rest of the day. The feeder has been out for more than 3 weeks, but I just moved a lot of brightly coloured hanging baskets from my little greenhouse to the deck. Maybe that caught his eye as he was passing.
