I saw what I believe to be a bald eagle around 6:30 AM just south of Salem, Indiana on Mothers Day. I was driving towards Salem on Hwy 135 and saw it take flight near the left side of the road. What caught my eye was the white head and white tail feathers. It was big but not as huge as some birds are, like vultures. It happened so fast that there was no time to get a picture.
