Robin (Nesting Behavior)
Sightings report image

Date: 05/20/2017

Number: 2

I have just discovered this odd Robin's nest on the side of my house. There are actually 2 nests there, both containing eggs (one has 2 eggs the other has 3). The problem is the one with 3 eggs is actually on such an angle that the eggs are barely holding in there. I am worried they are going to fall out because the nest is literally sideways and the eggs are just resting on the side wall of the nest. Can I safely move the 3 eggs into the other nest on top that is safe and secure? I don't know if it's the same mother with both nests or if it's two different Mommas.
