Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)
Sightings report image

Date: 05/20/2017

Number: 1

My son caught a photo with his iPhone camera, proving it wasn't a Viceroy. It was fluttering around at the site of last year's small milkweed patch in a a mowed field. I never saw a monarch in this area last year and don't recall ever seeing one this early in the season.
