May 20, 2017: First Monarch of the year here. A big beautiful male drawn by the lilac tree. It stayed for 45 mins fluttering away then coming back to feed some more. Ah…it makes a heart feel good.

We are located at the southwest edge of Norfolk County, approx 14 kms east of Port Burwell, at the corner of Fairground Road and North Road in Houghton Township.
