Well, I thought all the Monarchs had passed through Tennessee by now, but lo and behold, this gorgeous male visited Monarch Meadow today while I was planting some Purple Coneflower. He enjoyed mudding in our little swamp area and getting his fill of nectar from this Butterfly Weed (A. Tuberosa) before heading north.
