This sighting was about 2 miles west of my location in a community garden. I check the garden at least once a week. A lot of the plot renters have wildfire tropical milkweed plants, and they usually leave the pods to break open and fly around.
And honestly, once a person has decided how they plan to raise milkweed, they don't typically care to hear anything about its care for the health of the Monarchs.
