Monarch Adult Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 06/26/2017

Number: 1

A male monarch landed and nectared on our elderberry, then flew away. (We and at least one family on every block in our area have been raising and releasing monarchs from the late-May eggs, so this could be a captive-reared one, but our four males released yesterday all looked as if they were heading for distant places.)
