This red bird has many birders stumped especially at the ranger stations in the local parks. It is a migrate for sure. It looks like a cardinal but from the long forked tail which is black, along with the wings and it's face black. It has a cone shaped beak but no crest on top of it's head. The tail is about the same size as the body of the bird. Anyone out there know what this is? Would like to find out wish I had a better picture. Any help would be appreciated.
