Hello bird people,It is hot,hot,hot today.93* with dew pts in the mid 60s.This is the fennel I grew and now has 10 blk swallowtail larva.The tithonia is almost in bloom.Have seen a few Monarchs passing through.Right now I think all the birds are on a siesta because of the heat.The only bird active is the house wren,he sings all day.I did see a western king bird nesting at Heyworth park on friday.
