These are the first second generation Monarchs I have seen in our east central Kansas area. I was at Heritage Park in Overland Park, KS and saw the two Monarchs in a wildflower field. I could not get close enough for a pic, but I was thrilled to see them. I saw plenty of wildflowers at Heritage Park and also some Butterfly Milkweed.
