The egg who accidentally spent X hrs. in the frig. is about to hatch. It somehow survived the power washing of the leaves. The leaves are kept in a cup with a little water and then the cup is placed in a plastic bag. The air must have insulated it. Anyway, this happened just days ago when I found a 1st instar on leaves kept in the frig. and it survived too. WHEW.
